The Invisible ADHD Profile Workbook
Companion Tools for Insight, Integration, and Right-Fit Living

Description

Workbook · Forthcoming February 2026
Published by NPI Press

Description

This guided workbook is a companion to The Invisible ADHD Profile and is designed for women and AFAB adults whose ADHD presents internally, cyclically, relationally, or through masking rather than overt behavioural disruption.

Rather than offering generic exercises or symptom tracking, the workbook provides a structured, trauma-aware space for mapping lived experience across the lifespan. It guides readers through developmental reflection, internal–external pattern recognition, hormonal and cyclical influences, co-occurring constellations, and preparation for meaningful clinical conversations.

The workbook is suitable for individual use or for integration into clinical, coaching, or assessment-adjacent practice. It is explicitly non-diagnostic and is intended to deepen insight, language, and self-understanding rather than replace formal evaluation.

Primary Uses

  • Individual self-reflection and meaning-making
  • Preparation for ADHD assessment or re-assessment
  • Clinician-guided exploration alongside therapy or coaching
  • Psychoeducational support for women navigating late or complex identification

Audience

  • Adult women and AFAB individuals exploring ADHD
  • Clinicians incorporating reflective tools into practice
  • Coaches and educators working with neurodivergent adults
